2. Who we are

Most of the data we hold is business contact information. We may collect:

  • Contact details: name, job title, employer, work email, phone number.
  • Enquiry and project information: what you tell us when you get in touch or when we work together.
  • Training and event details: booking information, attendance, course records, certificates, and any dietary or access needs you choose to share for in-person sessions.
  • Account and billing details: invoicing contacts, purchase order and payment records for software licences, consultancy and training.
  • Website and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar technical data, collected through cookies (see section 5).
  • Job applications: your CV, cover letter and interview notes if you apply for a role.

We get this data from you directly, from your employer when they book training or engage us, from software partners we resell for, and from public sources such as LinkedIn or company websites.

We don’t intend to collect sensitive (special category) data. Where you give us access or dietary information for an event, we use it only to make arrangements and delete it afterwards.

4. Marketing

We send occasional emails about our software, training courses, events and industry news to business contacts. This includes people at organisations we think may benefit from our services, using work contact details from public sources. If you are a client or have asked about our services, we may contact you about similar services unless you tell us not to. For sole traders and some partnerships, we will only email you with your consent or where you have bought from us before.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing marketing@stridesimtech.com. We never sell your data.
